Promotion of non-formal vocational education and training in Honduras FOPRONH III- Digital offerings in vocational education and training (in consortium IBF International Consulting, Brüssel)
Im Auftrag der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) setzt involas zusammen mit IBF im Rahmen des Projektes „Förderung non-formaler Berufsbildung in Honduras“ (FOPRONH) das Leistungspaket „Digitale Angebote in der Berufsbildung“ um. Das Projekt zielt auf die Stärkung des honduranischen Berufsbildungssystems, qualitativ hochwertige und an den Bedarfen des Arbeitsmarkts und von marginalisierten Jugendlichen orientierte Aus- und Weiterbildung anzubieten. Nach sieben Jahren erfolgreicher Umsetzung der ersten beiden Projektphasen befindet sich das Projekt nun in der Abschlussphase. Diese fokussiert auf die Konsolidierung und nachhaltige Verankerung von erreichten Ergebnissen und Veränderungen im honduranischen Berufsbildungssystem.
Das umgesetzte Leistungspaket leistet dazu wichtige Wirkungsbeiträge. Es umfasst:
- Digitale und hybride formale und non-formale Aus- und Weiterbildungsangebote: (a) Digitalisierung von Lehr- und Lerninhalten, (b) didaktisch-methodische Konzeption von digitalen und hybriden Lernangeboten, (c) Schulung der Lehrkräfte sowie (d) Aufbau von digitaler Lerninfrastruktur in Form von Online- Lernplattformen
- Wissensmanagement und nachhaltiger Wissenstransfer: (a) Reflektion und Aufbereitung von Ergebnissen sowie Produkten aus FOPRONH und anderen Reforminitiativen in Honduras eingebettet in die neue nationale Berufsbildungsstrategie sowie (b) Bereitstellung für eine nachhaltige Nutzung durch Berufsbildungsakteure über eine Website.

On behalf of GIZ, involas is implementing the service package “Digital TVET-offerings” in the context of the bilateral Technical Cooperation project "Promotion of non-formal vocational training in Honduras (FOPRONH) ". The project aims at strengthening the Honduran Technical & Vocational Education and Training (TVET) System towards providing quality education and training oriented to the needs of the labor market and of marginalized youths. After seven years of successful implementation the project is in its final phase with a focus on consolidation and anchoring of results within the Honduran TVET system.
Our work is contributing to the project objective and intended changes. It comprises:
- Digital and hybrid TVET-offerings for formal and non-formal TVET: (a) Digitalisation of teaching and learning materials, (b) didactical-methodological design of digital and hybrid learning offerings, (c) further training of teachers and trainers, (d) establishment of digital learning platforms
- Sustainable knowledge-transfer and knowledge management: (a) reflection and documentation of results as well as products from FOPRONH and other reform initiatives in Honduras in alignment with the new national TVET strategy, (b) making results and products accessible to TVET stakeholders on a sustainable basis through a website.
