Vocational Education and Training
For us, target group- and employment-oriented vocational training and continuing education are key to participation and equal opportunities. We are committed to equal access to education and learning and to promoting individual development and employability as a lifelong process. We have been supporting the performance of education and qualification systems with holistic approaches since 1991.
Our spectrum includes, for example:
- designing digital and hybrid learning offerings and environments,
- concepts to improve school and extracurricular vocational orientation,
- support structures, e.g., to prevent dropping out,
- developing activity profiles and curricula with this in mind,
- quality development and evaluation.
