Selection of personnel for vocational training in companies - Preliminary study for the implementation of new recruiting strategies (SAHA)
The study will lead to recommendations for companies to support personnel recruitment under terms of the demographic change in society. INBAS co-operates with IG Metall (industrial union of the metal industries) in taking an inventory of existing practices, investigate occuring problems as well as approaches for further development.
