Scientific monitoring of two pilot projects in the field of qualified vocational training on-the-job for unskilled young workers

The "Bremer Netzwerk Nachqualifizierung" (Bremer Network for Upgrading of Occupational Qualifications) counsels and supports companies in their operational implementation of second-chance qualifications. Their cooperation with the Chamber of Labour Bremen connects regional partners from the fields of economy, education, labour market politics and employment promotion in order to permanently establish the qualification-oriented second-chance occupational qualifications in the Federal state of Bremen.
