Network "Integration through Qualification (IQ)" in Hesse
The Network “Integration through Qualification (IQ)” aims at enabling immigrants with degrees and vocational qualifications acquired abroad to gain access to employment appropriate to their level of education in Germany and thus to improve their chances in the labour market. As one of 16 regional networks the IQ Network Hesse, coordinated by INBAS, implements the programme at the regional level. IQ is funded by the Federal Ministry for Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) and the European Social Fund (ESF).
