"Nachqualifizierung im Südwestverbund" - a chance for detainees in Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland (= vocational training on-the-job for unskilled workers)
Together with partners from the justice and work administration, education and economy appropriate structures for vocational training are created. They aim at offering young delinquents and ex-convicts a second chance to gain a certified vocational qualification based on the skills gained before or while in prison.
