Evaluation of the ESF programme "STÄRKEN vor Ort"
Together with InterValGmbH INBAS tests the attainability of the programme’s goals. The evaluation considers questions of reaching the target groups, the effectivity of local networks, equality of opportunities. The evaluation team collects different data and evaluates them with respect to the qualitty and quantity of available process and monitoring information.
