Evaluation of the action programme "Integration and VET" in Berlin
The evaluation investigates the achievement of the programme’s goals, the effectivity of the preliminary phase, effects of the tandem partnerships and the effectivity of support service towards the preventing dropouts in the vocational training of apprentices with a migration background. Participants at the evaluation were tandem partners, apprentices, mentors and companies.
