Coordination of the OloV Strategy (Optimization of local cooperation structures in the transition from school to vocational training)
The OloV Strategy in the federal state of Hesse aims at optimizing local cooperation structures between the stakeholders of the regional labour market to improve young people's opportunities of transition into vocational training by means of quality standards. OloV focuses three fields of action: job-orientation in school, acquisition of training places and internships and the process of matching and placement. INBAS is running the OloV coordination office on behalf of the Hesse government.
