Coordination of the Network "Integration through qualification" in Hesse (IQ)
The IQ-program is offering support and services to local authorities concerned with the integration of migrants into the labour market. One of the services the project is developing are training concepts to enhance the intercultural skills of administrative staff members. INBAS coordinates the IQ-network.
