Appraisal of programme proposals in the framework of the joint cohesion fund of the EEA countries Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein for 15 south and east European countries


The EWR states Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein have launched again for the period 2009-2014 a state-funded programme (around 1.8bn Euro) to support 15 south and east European countries. The grant programme covers the areas environment, civil society, human and social development, cultural heritage, research and scholarship, social dialogue, justice and home affairs. INBAS had carried out already several appraisals and monitoring of projects in the previous grant period. Together with its Polish and Hungarian partners INBAS is one of the institutions that is entrusted with appraisal services of some of the programmes.
