The partnership has developed a European qualification network in the field of renewable energies. The partners are vocational training schools, colleges and two R&D institutions in Germany, France, Spain, Great Britain and Turkey. All have experiences in training apprentices in renewable energies such as biogas, thermal solar energy, fuel cells, hydrogen technologies and wind energy cooperating with regional enterprises. The partnership has shared training experiences and developed modules to train students from other European countries in renewable energies.

The (extra-curricular) modules are an additional qualification to the regular training scheme of the user. They are accredited using the ECVET methodology. The modules are supported with training materials. To introduce RE information about the use of RE in the participating countries and regions is given and self-learning material is developed.
