Our involas Project Director, has just completed his 6th mission for the Skills Development Project in Cambodia. This initiative, funded by the Direktion für Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit, is transforming Cambodia's TVET system, aligning skilled labour with market demands, and opening doors to training and formal employment for disadvantaged youth.

We are proud to support in collaboration with Swisscontact the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training of Cambodia, bringing our expertise in career guidance, job profile development, quality assurance, and school development planning to the table. We're especially thrilled about our work on the new apprenticeship concept and guidelines.
