EU4Skills – Better Skills for Modern Ukraine

Despite the war, the EU4Skills – Better Skills for Modern Ukraine programme continues to support the reform of vocational education and training in Ukraine. The programme is financed and implemented by its Member States, Germany, Finland, Poland and Estonia. EU4Skills is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in close cooperation with Finnish, Polish and Estonian partners; and Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW). INBAS is supporting GIZ in implementing the project by providing the National Qualification Agency (NQA) and the Ministry of Education and Science (MoES) with online training for staff involved in the organisation and implementation of competency-based assessments (NQAs) and assessors from vocational schools.
